At Kymme Fraser Art, we do everything possible to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

Returns Period

Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of dispatch by Kymme Fraser Art. Please ensure that your return is postmarked within this period to qualify.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit. Items that are not damaged during shipping will not be eligible for return. For items damaged in transit, you can request a full refund.

Purchaser Responsibility

Returns must be made by the original purchaser. We do not accept returns from third parties.

Return Authorisation

Before making a return, please contact us at Kymme Fraser Art. This allows us to provide you with further instructions and a return authorisation. You can reach us by email.

Return Shipping Costs

We will refund the cost of return shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please obtain a postage receipt and provide us with a copy by email.
